The current website
Our consultation form collects your name, phone number, email address, selected treatment, consultation answers, age range and, for scheduled consultations, appointment time. We use these details to prepare for your phone consultation and follow up on your request. Please do not include detailed medical histories or other sensitive information beyond the requested answers. The website does not accept payments or account registrations.
Technical information
Our website hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and the pages you request, to operate and protect the site.
Optional website tools
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and consultation events. Basic analytics loads when you open the site, independently of your optional-tool choice. Analytics excludes contact details, selected treatments, age, questionnaire answers and appointment times. We send only the consultation type and technical error code, with page addresses stripped of query parameters and fragments; treatment pages are grouped as Services. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Optional support tools load only with your permission. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed using Privacy Preferences. Campaign parameters and the landing page are retained for this browser session to attribute your request.
Google Maps
Our location maps are provided by Google Maps. When you view a map, Google may process technical information such as your IP address. Directions links open Google Maps, where Google’s privacy policy applies.
External booking
Appointment links may take you to a separate booking platform. Review its privacy policy before sharing personal or medical information.
Contact and updates
Consultation details are transmitted to GoHighLevel for scheduling and follow-up. Our hosting provider processes the request. A secure Redis service stores request fingerprints and processing references for seven days to prevent duplicate bookings; the full questionnaire is not stored there. Your follow-up consent is recorded with the request. You can reply STOP to opt out of consultation texts. Privacy contact questions can be sent to info@onetruemedspa.com.
